Beautiful office. Amazing staff. Happy I found this dentist office!
Dr. Pigneri and his team are life savers!! After experiencing a traumatic experience at another dental office and having to wear a botched temp for over a month, I truly felt worried about what a permanent crown would look like. When I called, the receptionist Maribel was very polite, understanding, and was able to schedule me an appointment the next day! The check in process was easy, and the appointment was prompt. Everyone is extremely professional and made the experience really calming. They offered me refreshments and even blankets multiple times. My crown was made, fitted, and looked amazing in just 2 hours. Absolutely will be returning and recommend them to anyone 1000 times over!!!1. The after2. Before

I had existing complications with a crown done at a different dental office and I knew that I needed to get a root canal and post put in so that I could put on a proper crown. When I first came across Houston Dentists at Post Oak, I was very skeptical. Once I got on the phone and spoke to Maribel, she really helped put my mind at ease with her calm demeanor and how knowledgeable she was about the procedure and pricing. During my appointment, Vanessa and Dr. Nicholas Pigneri took very great care of me. Vanessa made sure that I was comfortable at all times, providing me with snacks and beverages, as well as a warm blanket. She always inquired about how I was doing, making sure my needs were always met. Dr. Pigneri was very attentive. As a medical professional, he first suggested a less invasive procedure to help solve my crowning issue, but as the overseeing dentist for my best care, he showed genuine concern and care when I explained to him the reasons why I felt the root canal was the right decision for me which made me feel very seen and heard. Throughout the entire process, there was no pain or discomfort, and I was able to get everything done in one visit. Overall, the team here at Houston Dentists at Post Oak is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to experience, and I highly recommend this office for anyone who is looking to do a root canal and crown.
