I was very impressed. Doctor Pignieri made me feel at ease with the procedure as he talked me through all of the steps and was very attentive to my comfort level. Overall amazing experience.
I work in the building and I needed to see the dentist right away. My dentist was not available, but Dr. Pigneri was. Everyone in that office is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Maribel and Vanessa were able to accommodate some last-minute schedule changes, and it's always a pleasure seeing them. I am doing my teeth straightening treatment with Dr.Pigneri, and I couldn't be happier with the results and how streamlined they made the entire process.
I’ve been going here for about 18 months now, and they are truly a joy to go to. The whole office is fun, welcoming, and runs so efficiently. They’re always super quick without ever making me feel rushed, and they’re genuinely great at what they do. Over time I’ve really gotten to know the team, and that makes every visit even better. They’ve also been incredibly accommodating — when I had an emergency issue, they got me in last minute, and they’ve always been willing to work with my schedule. I highly recommend them!

She completely transformed my smile and fixed my crooked teeth, and I’ve never felt more confident.The entire office is amazing. Daisee, the hygienist, is always gentle, thorough, and makes every cleaning such a comfortable experience. Maribel at the front desk is just as wonderful always welcoming, organized, and so helpful with scheduling and any questions I have.It’s rare to find a dental team that makes you feel this cared for and comfortable. I’m so grateful to have found them and will continue coming here for years to come!

Dr. Pigneri and his staff are amazing. Maribel always has a friendly smile on her face and coordinates all scheduling effectively. I recently needed a root canal and the whole process was smooth as can be. Vanessa assisted Dr. Pigneri with the procedure and it was completely painless! Deissy does a great job cleaning my teeth and takes the appropriate amount of time to make sure all my questions are answered. I feel like they are family. 🙂
I’m so happy I found Houston Dentists at Post Oak! They took such good care of me. I honestly had the best cleaning and exam in over 40 years here. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend this dentist office. Dr. Sudarat was so knowledgeable and kind!!
