Nicholas Pigneri, DDS, LVIF

Dr. Nicholas Pigneri was also honored to be selected by his peers as a Houstonia Top Dentist in 2020, 2021 & 2022.  Earning his dental degree in 2010 from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston, he was an Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors fraternity Honored Freshman and presented with the Ethics and Morality Award at the graduation awards banquet for dental school. Honesty and integrity form the center of Dr. Pigneri’s dental practice.

A native Houstonian and Eagle Scout, Dr. Pigneri graduated from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory.  Prior to becoming a dentist, he attended the University of Texas at Austin, receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology.

Dr. Pigneri is a certified Invisalign provider, happy to help patients achieve their cosmetic dental goals. To remain on the cutting edge of dentistry, he has received advanced training in Physiologic Dentistry through the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.  Additionally, Dr. Pigneri has been trained in the use of lasers by the Academy of Laser Dentistry.  He also attended necessary continuing education courses for administering oral sedation, making the complete dental experience more comfortable for his patients. Dr. Pigneri’s goal is helping patients feel at ease while providing high-quality dentistry.  In 2018 alone, Dr. Pigneri completed 109 hours of advanced continuing education.

When he isn’t furthering his skill through continuing education, Dr. Pigneri spends time with his family. He and his wife Kate enjoy time together as a family, along with their children Adam, Josh, and Camille. Dr. Pigneri is an avid golfer and sports fan and enjoys watching his three favorite teams: the Houston Astros, the Texans, and the Rockets.
