TMJ Disorder

Do You Have TMJ Symptoms?

You may be experiencing:

  • Persistent jaw pain or muscle tightness
  • Clicking, popping, or locking of the jaw joint
  • Chronic tension headaches or migraines
  • Referred pain in the neck and shoulders
  • Involuntary teeth grinding (bruxism) or clenching
  • Facial tenderness or unexplained ear discomfort
  • Noticeable changes in your bite or uneven chewing patterns

Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) is frequently misdiagnosed because its symptoms often mimic other conditions. Our practice utilizes specialized diagnostic tools to identify the biological root cause of your jaw dysfunction rather than just masking the symptoms.

Advanced TMJ Technology You Won’t Find Everywhere

Successful TMJ treatment begins with an accurate diagnosis. To treat TMJ accordingly, Dr. Pigneri invests in advanced imaging technology that goes beyond the capabilities of standard dental practices to ensure a comprehensive view of your oral health.

TRIOS® Intraoral Scanner

Provides high-precision 3D digital impressions for a detailed analysis of your bite and joint alignment.

iTero® Digital Scanning

Delivers real-time, high-definition scans to aid in the precise planning and monitoring of your TMJ therapy.

It's time to feel relief from your TMJ discomfort!
